Communication via booking.com wasn't very good. Lots of repeated messages.

Not so easy to find the apartment

Everything you would need and more. Highly recommend. So many great facilities in a safe location.

Beds were really comfy. A place to park is very handy, but less skillful drivers might find it challenging.

The outside scaffolding removed a big part of the charm.

This apartment was very well located, close to the sea, a half hour walk into the centre of the old town and about 15 minutes to the train station. It includes a private secure gated courtyard for parking and has a raised patio, gym, sauna and laundry machines within it. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had everything that one would need. Other than that the outside of the building is under renovation, we have nothing negative to say. Thank you Francesca and Anna for your friendly helpfulness.

Great apartment has everything you require. Access to gym and sauna additional bonus. Secure car parking at door great benefit. Good location with easy access to bus and rail services. Staff were excellent Anna & Francesca were available and very helpful when required.

Minor issues with lighting but was quickly responded to when contacting hosts.

Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, clean and with all comforts. Everything is in excellent conditions (kitchen, beds, bathroom, gym+sauna) and arranged to provide a great base to visit Genova and surroundings. The location is quiet and in a convenient position to visit the city or get to the train station to visit nearby locations. If coming with a car, it can be parked in a private space just in front of the apartment for additional pace of mind. Definitely recommended.

Nothing, everything was great

We had an excellent stay at Il Genovino Caffe - the modern and spacious apartment had everything we could ask for and more. Honestly could not speak more highly of it. The garden and separate gym facilities were the icing on the cake. Francesca was just the nicest person and could not have been more helpful, responding promptly when we asked for restaurant advice. Definitely hope to re-book in the future.
