Lumbermens Village

I enjoy the cabins, the environment and the restaurant is great. Cabin is always clean, cozy - with fresh flowers waiting which is a great touch. Staff is always helpful with anything you need.

Main office was closed on Tuesday, I had called Expedia to get access to room. I think better direction should be provided to call the contact when the office is closed . In addition the WIFI in my room wasn't strong enough to allow access

I did not appreciate having a porch that faced a huge dirt parking lot for the Bar & Grill next door. We were unable to sit outside for all the dust and dirt kicked up every evening by all the cars and trucks that parked everywhere. The place has been newly renovated...But the bath was dangerous getting in and out of and extremely slippery. It's a fall waiting to happen. There was no designated parking for the rooms. You had to compete with the bar and on a busy night, you may have to park half a block away. It's an okay place for needing a nights rest and then moving on the next day...Otherwise, not a pleasant vacation spot. We also had some smart alecky bar worker be extremely rude to us (bar and grill is owned by the same person as the rooms) when we asked to look at the t-shirts. He was just plain mean and nasty.

Spacious room, great location, one bed was comfortable, the other bed needs replacement. Cotton sheets are so much more breathable than micro fiber sheets.

Great getaway for a couple nights. The room had everything we needed, and extra nice to have a decent size fridge and a stove with an oven. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathroom was great. Room was clean overall. It could use a good cleaning on doors and baseboards, but it was fine. Price was right, views were nice, and room back far enough from main road that traffic was only soft background noise at night. We weren’t there on a weekend, so that might make a difference with road noise.

The location was great. Even though it is right off the highway the sound of cars and trucks was not noticeable. I liked its location to other surrounding places to visit. A couple things I would have liked - a. black widow spider in kitchen sink cabinet. b. - cobwebs in corner by sink. c. mysterious rocks fell from cabinet on to kitchen flooring under the cabinet. Could have been a little forest friend. Otherwise the room and beds were clean and comfortable. These little things just hung out all winder I'm sure.

We stayed in a cabin on the property. I was afraid it would be musty like many old cabins are, but I was delighted to be in a super clean, cute cabin full of amenities. The kitchenette was awesome, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very very clean. I’ll go back and stay there anytime I’m in Pinetop. Kind of a loose operation in terms of checking in but the owners/workers were wonderful.

It felt like a home away from home! Loved that there were plates and cups and silverware to use, and a toaster! There were grills outside too. Fireplace is gas and easy to use. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV was nice too! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Basic accommodations, bed uncomfortable. No cutlery in kitchen.

No bedding for single pull out.
