All of it. Shared toilet,noisy environment! The location is not safe and not friendly for commuters. In the middle of the night there is someone washing and it was very noisy the smell of carpet is aweful

Nada na acomodação de parece com a foto. Parece um filme de terror . Fui obrigada a procurar uma acomodação só para passar a noite, por um problema no voo. No entanto foi quase impossível localizar a casa. Nada limpo, toalhas sujas. Banheiro estranho e imundo.

Appeared like room was in someone’s house. Front door unlocked. Padlock on door of room to open using code. Room dirty, wrappers etc under bed. Lots of cobwebs and spiders. Pulled a bed across door as didn’t feel safe. Was woken by a washing machine on loudly behind bedroom door early in morning. Property hard to find, eventually found drive way. Had abandoned things in drive such as mattress, covered over cars and even a portaloo! Son got stuck getting out of bathroom door. Bathroom needed a good clean. Tbh we arrived late at night and if I hadn’t had my husband with me I would have left and slept somewhere else in a car park as felt unsafe.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not clean and smelled. Did not feel safe with other guests and shared facilities. Booked due to limited options for accommodation close to Stansted airport, had some issues with my booking and received no communication from the people who run it. I am not a snob at all and have stayed in some bad places before but this was by far the worst, do not book, especially if you have a family

Wasn't at all like the photos, generally appeared unclean.

Please do not go to this property it was filled with immigrants and they made horrid comments to my daughter who was travelling alone she refused to stay here and had to book a travel lodge

The owner provided a contact number and it just rang and rang! Also funny how he messaged me The day before asking me to make another payment for parking funny how parking was included. I have lodged a safety report with booking.com. Hopefully this will get removed

The rooms were not very clean. There was clothes left under the beds from the last guests. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty with men's hairs all over the sink. The shower was dirty and we refused to even use it. Woken up at 1:30am with the banging of a washing machine in the next room that went on for almost half an hour. We slept in our clothes and couldn't wait to get out the following morning to get to our destination to shower and feel clean again.
