Stansted Airport Guest Rooms

Absolutely nothing.

The lack of electricity or heating. Water dripping through the ceiling. No communication from the staff. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Cold, Damp, Dirty, Mold on walls and celling, water running down walls.

There was no breakfast.

There was only 1 towel for 5 people and it was a shared bathroom with all the rooms. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper which ran out.

Close to the airport

Mould, the smell, freezing cold, bathroom was very dirty, noisy through the night, someone trying to get into our room.

Room smelled of smoke. Everything was unclean and uncomfortable.

Location only!

Unfortunately, it was so bad we did not stay the night... The driveway was poorly lit and all very unkempt with no clear instructions for parking. Inside there was no signage to direct us to the correct room and upon walking to our room upstairs there were 8 pairs of shoes all laid out on the landing, like we had walked into someone's home... The door handle and bedroom lock did not secure reassuringly, the bedroom carpet was filthy, as was the bedding. Curtains not secured above the windows and strange, dirty finger prints were dragged down the wardrobes. There was a cupboard in the room also that had bedding and shoes in it like it was used for somewhere to sleep...the accomodation just left us feeling uneasy. Not a place we could rest. So we left.

I stayed here 2 nights between changing flights nice spacious comfy private room. I would be back again if I'm in this area. bit far to walk in to town there is a bus stop few hundred meters away. if you don't have public transport it's still convenient.
