It was very comfortable, very clean. Had everything we needed in the accommodation. Was 5 mins from castle & city centre & free parking was amazing & will be returning in summer xx

Needs more hooks for hanging coats/bath towels. Beds were too soft.

We stayed here while going to Wentworth for the golf. Ideal location as only 20 min taxi to the course then a great area for a night out after. Comfortable and all very clean.

Water pressure could do with a little improvement

The accommodation was great and in a very good location with parking.

Not enough cutlery for six people. Hob light did not work. No bin bags, hand soap in cloakroom, sink cloth, chipped plates, no salt or rinse aid in the dishwasher which meant it did not clean the plates etc. properly even though they had been rinsed. Not enough chairs for six people to sit together to eat. This was surprising as the property sleeps six. Such a shame the above items had not been checked.

Very convenient location house was in a little need of redecor in places ie holes in walls but a very decent place on the whole ... thankyou

Location - quiet but close enough to centre

Only one sofa - for a family of four - made for uncomfortable evenings relaxing in front of a film. Need blackout blind in main bedroom - it’s daylight in this room before 5am. A simple curtain would help.

The property is in a good location with a 15min stroll to Windsor Castle. Parking outside is good

There are some things which could be improved. Normally in self catering properties there is a small welcome pack with some essentials like fresh milk, bread, jam, wine etc that would have been a nice touch. The towel rail in the bathroom is very rusted so you wouldn’t want to put your towel on it and there are no hooks on the back of the doors. The carpet upstairs is fraying around the edges. The smaller bedroom has random rawlplugs in several places on the wall. It would be handy to have some coat hooks downstairs. In the larger bedroom the mattress sheet had what looked like flakey paper all over it! I’ve attached photos

What did you like about the property….Almost everything! This is very close to the perfect holiday house! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children (ages 8,7,5 and 3) who traveled from Ireland by Ferry for a trip to Legoland. The house is located down a quiet cul de sac walking distance from the main pedestrianised town centre, a great post-dinner / pre-bedtime walk to tire out little legs! Creams Gelato is a good value option (£20 for 4 single scoops and 2 double scoops). The closer you get to the castle the more expensive the gelato gets! There is a designated parking space right opposite the front door which is great for a family with lots of bags to bring into the house or lots of children to get into the car every time you are going anywhere, we originally booked a 3rd floor apartment for this trip - Soooo glad we changed it! The checkin was very easy with a lockbox on the door with the keys, only hiccup was I couldn’t get internet working to retrieve the PIN number (eventually figured out Roaming was not enabled) it would be helpful if the pin could be sent a few days in advance in its own separate message as it was hard to find in the body of the message or highlighted in BOLD and a different colour perhaps. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a double and a twin which is where we put the children and we slept on the sofa bed which was surprisingly super comfortable. It even had a super thick mattress topper. The duvets, pillows and white linen bed sheets and towels were all very good quality. Once the kids were in bed we had a cup of tea, bar of chocolate and watched some TV…it’s the simple things in life! The TV is a smart TV with BBC player Netflix and Apple TV if you have your own login but we found plenty to watch on BBC. There was also a wet afternoon when the kids were tired so we put the youngest for a nap and let the others watch Chicken Run on the TV, easier than going to the cinema!

There is one improvement which would make a huge difference for anyone booking for more than 4 people and planning to use the sofa bed… there are 2small windows in the living area and one over the door with no blind, this meant as soon as the sun was up we were awake which was early for holidays! Photo taken at 6:30am! A couple of minor things, just mentioning for feedback for the property. The smoke alarm over the oven went off every time I started using the grill, it should probably be a heat detector based on its location right over the oven. The dishwasher is a bit poor, one night we had bolognaise and the plates were still red after the wash cycle so we had to wash them by hand. There was no sweeping brush so it was a little awkward using a handheld dust pan to sweep the floor.
