Location was good - 10 - 15 mins nice walk to Windsor area, and we felt really safe there. Easy parking, as the lot was just right in front of the place. Correspondence with the host was easy, and instructions were given a day before arrival for collection of key. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and are spacious.

The couch and towels had brown stains, and the WC still had remnants of blood and tissue when we arrived. We requested for new towels, and it took the full day for someone to send them, but we are thankful they arrived.

They sent very detailed information ahead of time that made it very easy to get the keys. The owners were kind enough to let us in a bit early. The parking is very convenient. The location is an easy 10-14 minute walk to just about anything of interest. Having the benefit of the half bath downstairs is a bonus. The towels were well sized.

The property looks in need of a refresh. The couch has a massive stain on it that was unappealing enough that we didn't sit on it. There was also water that came through the light in the bathroom when we showered.

I have really mixed feelings with this stay. It was a nice house in a fab location. It was very clean, had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. But a few negatives…. The smell of marijuana when we first arrived was so so strong. The front door needs some serious tlc- difficult and noisy to close. The parking space was street parking which was in a lane - not ideal for large cars Upstairs just felt unloved. There were holes in walls where pictures used to be - just can’t understand why a few pounds could have been spent on cheap pictures to make it feel more homely.
