Love the surrey hotel. Great pool and awesome staff

Everything was very clean. Joey Luiz the manager and staff were very accommodating to cabanas and extra help in having every guest be comfortable. Their hospitality was incredible. GeoDome tents have an epic view of the vineyards. Their own fan and mini fridge. Fabulous electric blanket kept me warm all night. They were gracious with us getting checked out and showed us to our rooms at night. Morning Housekeeping as we checked out did refuse to make contact or give us a good morning, which we did find weird because we did say Thank you to her. The night time closing staff and evening housekeeping was very kind and it was hard to leave such a beautiful location. We did so with resort provided radio flyer wagons loaded with food, gifts and clothes to the cars in the parking lot for east pack N go. Would recommend and stay over here again makes camping easy and fun for disabled and elderly. Family friendly

New experience staying in a tent. Although I prefer a hotel room. I had a quiet enjoyable night.

What a fun experience! Right from the beginning I felt relaxed and ready for a great time. Everything you can want for fun, food and shopping is walking distance and the beach or a walk in the Redwoods is a short drive! Check in was great, the young lady toured us around letting us know where the amenities were and how to get to our tent. A very personal touch, although they had maps too. I liked the guidance touch! There are wagons to help carry your items! I didn't pack light, so very helpful. The pool and lounging area are Soo inviting and beautiful! Beyond the pool you go into the nicely landscaped tent area, all set up and ready for guests to arrive! The set up is top notch! The tents are very spacious and clean! I myself would like a small dresser or clothes rack and a mirror in the tent, everything else was perfect! Loved the electric blanket! So cozy! We met another couple there who were going to the same music venue as us. We decided to ride together.As we were leaving the husband let me know his wife needed help getting ready. She couldn't see what she looked like not having a mirror. Sure, there's a few single bathrooms around but for those of us who like our makeup, the convenience of not hauling it and taking up a single bathroom to do our face would have been perfect!! Seeing as we're glamping not camping! Got to check out our faces and hairdos! And for safety if you have something in your eyeballs! A great time at the resort! We're bringing a group next!

Location is prime, tents were clean and comfy, and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The pool was clean and it was a lot of fun with friends. I was also pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the gym was. Would definitely come again!

Cute place, and lovely staff. We Stayed for a wedding at the hotel and enjoyed the upscale tents. Pool was also very nice. Short walking distance to town. The bathrooms could do with some towel or toiletry bag holders and perhaps a spruce up. We’re worried might be cold in the tents but had blankets and heated blanket so we were fine.

All good if ur into "Glamping"! Not reall our thing! Tent accommodations and community bathrooms were clean and resort has nice poo, spa and gym. One downside regarding accommodations, there is no place in the tents to lock-up valuables. The tents could use some type of lock box.

Great place, love the location

Had a great time! Came for the Truck event and had a lot of fun. Very nice accommodations from the pool, to the gym, to the fire pits! Tents were comfortable, mini fridge was convenient and the heating blanket was appreciated when it got chilly at night. Definitely will be back.
