The room is new and fresh, with all the furniture looking brand new. The bed on the "2nd floor" is comfortable and cozy. The shower area is clean and comfortable, with good quality shower gel and shampoo provided. The host is very responsive, polite and ready to resolve issues immediately. The check-in process is seamless and easy. The location is perfect - in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short distance from Nara park and the shopping area.

I really liked the room and would have rated it a 10 if not for the issue mentioned below. Upon check-in, I discovered some hair on the bed linen. The host promptly resolved the issue and changed the bedding immediately after my request, which I appreciated. However, I also noticed some black hair on the floor, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room.

The rooms are small but modern, comfortable, well-equipped and the location is awesome.

Never saw the staff. Check-in is all automated.

Like the place so much. The bathroom and toilet are separate in 2 different small rooms. A basin is even designed between the outside of the bathroom and toilet. There is a small living room with sofa and TV

Staircase space is small for carrying up luggage to room at second level. At first, I didn't know how to check in as there was no staff assistance. Then, I found out they sent messages to my booking.com inbox.

Location and size of a room

Stairs was super right and steep, so it was a struggle to use it. Bed was uncomfortable

The location is perfect, easy to check in and out. Super clean room and has everything you need!
