The location, modern entry and check out procedures and access to a washing machine in the room. no drier, and you must supply your own detergent, but there is a clothes wrack and some coat hangers.

Kettle provided but no spare plugs in the downstairs living area. There is also no tea or coffee bags provided. A few would have been appreciated. Further, the English guest information card in the room stipulated that one can store their luggage after check out with the "chain out the front of the property." No such amenity was in effect on 20/04/2024. Perhaps it was done away with so some confusion there.

The location is absolutely excellent, and the entire procedure for staying at the hotel was very straightforward and well thought-out. The room was also very clean. It's definitely a good deal for the money and very convenient for visiting any of the major sites in Kansai.

Despite the fact that many of the photos showed a couch that looked like someone could sleep on it, our room only had a tiny loveseat with arm rests that made this impossible. As the two of us weren't planning on sleeping in the same bed, it made things a bit awkward. The mattress was also very thin on a hard floor (no tatami) to the point that we woke up in pain. Not good for those unaccustomed to sleeping on hard surfaces.

Location was very good in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable with good facilities

Bit claustrophobic as window high up by bed. No elevator. I stayed twice. The first time the management was not very helpful when I asked for a ground floor room and said I could not choose my room. The second time they were helpful and gave me ground floor. No bath mat second time

The style of the room was large and unique because of the overhead loft. The room was clean.

The hotel stuff neglected to give us the PIN code to the door and we were unable to call them because our foreign phones had problems placing a call- and there was no option to text. We had to ask a random Japanese man from a cafe to make the call for us. We wouldn’t have made it into our room without asking help from a stranger that spoke Japanese! There is also a very large window right next to the bed and the window shade hardly blocked any light. It made it hard to sleep.

Easy to check in and in a very convenient and excellent location. The space is quite large and liveable, which made it excellent to spend a few nights in. Loved having the washing machine available in the room, we well a clothes horse. The toilet and shower were both super clean with great essentials available to use.

The only cups in the room were paper cups? And there was no tea or coffee available. Also not a huge deal, but no microwave in the room and no crockery or cutlery

ならまちの風情のある場所の真ん中にあって、周辺の散策がしやすく楽しかった。 ダブルの布団はロフトだと狭く（落ちそう）窮屈だったので、３人部屋にしたのだが、かけ布団が１枚しかなく、ロフトで寝るしかなかったことが不満。２人以上であれば、１階のソファベッドでも寝られるようにしてほしいと思った。

とても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。脱衣室にカーテンがあると着替えがしやすかったです。
