We was recommended to try this hotel by a friend as we was looking for a last minute hotel for the world cup and what a lovely hotel from decor to the area it is located in, I would write what we liked but we would be here for ever. So I will just say leave a comment saying we would 100% stay here again.

For some reason we couldn't get the smart TV to connect to the internet.

Beautiful room had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

They stopped serving food earlier than advertised.

Great location, lovely views of the canal and fabulous room. Tassimo machine was a nice touch and biscuits.

Room was very hot, we did stay at a time when the weather was 28 degrees. Could have done with a fan in the room.

Very well located, very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. Not much noise in room even though bar was underneath the room. Lovely food served too.

Not many negatives at all, only bad thing (if you can call it that) is that there was no sugar left in rooms for morning coffee/tea.

Not enough coffee, sugar etc. Room exceptionally warm and can only open the window an inch. Only issued one room key.
