La cercanía con el centro histórico.

No hay elevador. El estacionamiento se encuentra a un par de cuadras del edificio. Si vas en fin de semana el ruido de los bares no te dejará dormir. La ubicación es frente a una de las avenidas más transitadas del puerto así que desde muy temprano habrá motocicletas súper ruidosas y camiones pasando frente al hotel.
