Bland and cheap breakfast.

My family and I visited this hotel for a portion of our stay. On our last day checking out, we received a doorstep letter. The letter stated the room detector alarmed for "smoking". We're traveling with our 3 year year old and as a non-smoking family, you could imagine my surprise. My partner blow dried her hair at the time of the "reported smoking".The front desk said the monitors aren't able to give detailed reports as to the type of smoke but I needed to speak with the manager Kristina Gomez Sunday. After speaking with Kristina Gomez, she is holding her ground and insistent we were smoking with no evidence besides a faulty report. Another way to make $350. If there was in fact smoking, it would've lingered the next day of our checkout. No common sense present. If you're looking for a mediocre stay with poor service, you found your place.

Ambiance beautiful and great location

We loved this property. It was me and my 7 yrs old daughter traveling. Everything was clean, the staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Our safe didn’t work and they fixed it within 30 min. The breakfast was good. They also had a bakery right in the hotel. The location was great with multiple restaurants around the hotel and all in walking distance. The beach was a 5 min walk away and the most beautiful hidden beach was a short uber ride away. Also in walking distance were several car rental providers. The hotel also has a small water park which my daughter loved.

Everything was great.

Excellent stay, all staff incredibly pleasant and helpful. Big shout out to Karina on the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us in a tricky situation. She is a great asset to the hotel and Marriott Group.
