Las habitaciones son correctas y la cama es Cómoda. Ofrecen desayuno pero solo hasta las 9AM, lo cual es vacaciones es muy temprano. El sector de piscina es agradable. Es un hotel correcto.

El aire Acondicionado está graduado muy bajo y hace mucho frío en todo el establecimiento y habitaciones, Sobre todo en enero.

"Great stay!"

Very positive experience with Residence Inn, San Juan Isla Verde. We stayed 2 separate nights and were allowed early check-in both days. The front-desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a resort type feel with the open-air walk-up entry. The connecting, trendy bakery/coffee/restaurant attached to the hotel adds to the upscale feel. Pool is very comfortable. Daily breakfast (Continental+) included. We would definitely return.

"Good location hotel in San Juan"

Nice hotel near the airport. Quiet and in good location. Morning breakfast buffet gave many options. The room layout was very comfortable with nice kitchen set up. Unfortunately, the pool was not in operation. Unable to give us a time line but we were told someone had broken a glass in the pool. Patio area near pool could use some attention because food and drink containers were left outside for quite some time. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Shout out to the late night front desk who managed to provide help although we arrived late.
