The facilities are good and clean. Very comfortable

The staff are rude and not nice. How hard is it to smile and be kind? We hated the attitude they gave us at the front counter. The charges and fees are not clear and they told us about an extra fee only when we got there and we had no choice but to pay. On top of that, the lady at the counter didn’t want to explain and was very rude and didn’t even say good afternoon when we arrived.

Breakfast was good

The whole hotel, including our room smelled very badly of mold the entire time we were there. When we left and got to our next destination, all of our clothes smelled moldy, and we had to do laundry.

Large rooms, comfy beds. Good facilities at hotel. Good location for our requirements. We originally booked three nights at this hotel but we were contacted a few days before arrival to advise We would be accomdated at the Sheraton for 1st 2 nights at Marriotts cost due to lack of room availability. Can't complain the Sheraton was superb - 10/10 shame I can't leave a review on booking.com

Breakfast offering was limited, ran out of plates and cutlery so was given paper plates and plastic cutlery. Felt like lady on reception at check in would rather be doing something else and we Felt a but of an inconvenience! Room smelt a bit musty and noticed no vent/fan in bathroom
