Close to the main market area, staff was really nice to carry our bags from the street level The hotel itself and rooms are beautiful

There was some kind of issue with the water / water filtration system during our stay. This meant that we couldn’t use the washing machine for laundry as the tap water was not clean, note however we had no choice but to use the tap water for showers. Apparently the filtration system means the tap water is safe to drink. Due to the water supply issue, we had to buy and lug huge bottles of water up the 120 stairs to the hotel. Not the hotels fault that there was a supply issue but some bottled water at least for drinking should have been provided The shower had a lot of mould build up in the corners and could do with the good clean The toilet bin was not emptied prior to our stay so we had strangers wipings in there I paid extra to have a room with a bath tub. As the tap water was dirty the tub filled with yellow/brown water. Disgusting and could not use the tub. Absolutely no apology was given despite mentioning this to the staff Even without the water saga and not being able to use the key amenities, this place is overpriced for what it is, there’s not even a balcony with seats to enjoy the view of the harbour

Ulas has been great. The room is very well equipped and clean. The check-in/out process was very smooth.

The only drawback this hotel is the fact that it’s up hill. You have to climb up stairs to get there. Other that everything was perfect

The hotel is very difficult to get to and has a faulty toilet seat. The view is stunning though.

Good location, short walking distance to the restaurants, with the markets, and stores right next door. The room has all the facilities you could need for your stay and they even provide you with some supplies like laundry detergent. We stayed on the first floor and the view from the room was amazing.

The hotel is situated on a hill and there are stairs leading up to and inside the hotel. They assisted us with our bags and this was not an issue for us but it is something to take into account if you're travelling with lots of luggage. It is also worth noting that there are a few nightclubs nearby and you can hear the music throughout the night.

Well appointed, spacious rooms, in a great location above town and the harbour, with great sea views.

A hot, steep climb but the host came done to meet us and helped us with carrying the bags up. Not a criticism as you would not get the great views if lower down in town, just a warning for the more elderly, less mobile or less fit! The night life noise and bar music from town does carry up the hillside but is much quieter after about 11.30pm and if you close the lounge windows. Fortunately the bedrooms are behind the lounges and bathrooms and not on the town side of the building.

Amazing location and view. Staff were very communicative, room was modern and very clean. It does have only one way in which is about a 100 steps. Staff helped carry our luggage so that made it much easier. Room and view were definitely worth climbing the stairs. We would definitely stay here again in future

Beautifully renovated, great size apartment, views were brilliant. included huge bath, full size kitchen and fridge, washing machine and really close to the main parts of Fethiye, basically on top of old town. The duty manager (Ulash?!) was wonderful. Very communicative on WhatsApp and very very helpful. He met me on the ground floor and carried my luggage up the stairs to the apartment (which are worth doing for the view and the quaint village vibe) and carried them back down on check out. he organised airport transfers and other bits and pieces, the most helpful hotel I’ve had in Europe.

It’s great that the bedroom of my apartment is separate and at the back of the property, because the music from old town comes up at night, but it’s not too loud and is worth staying for the location to old town.
