Clean well equipped everything new. Fantastic view of the bay. The walk up was not as bad as anticipated.

The accommodation is above a night club very loud music until the middle of the night. Impossible to sleep. Would never stay again.

The property is very well taken care of, spotlessly clean. The view is from the Juliette balcony is fantastic which is the reward for climbing all the stairs.

As the property is on a hillside slope you must climb several steps to reach it.

Not the best option if you have heavy luggage - you'll have to take it pretty high. it is nothing to do with the hotel itself, just the upper dominant location.

The view is gorgeous and we like the fact that you're truly in the very center of the city. Note that the hotel is not accessibly by car and that you will need to walk up a few stairs before reaching the hotel. Considering the view, for us it was worth the effort to take the stairs up and down.

Parking options are limited but I highly recommend to find a nearby public parking spot. Please plan carefully in advance. The hotel didn't give us any heads up and simply wanted us to go to a paid parking lot nearby for the sake of convenience. Much cheaper and easier is to drop off your luggage near the roundabout and then find street parking, which is free. I also didn't the expect the loud music being played by a few clubs in the neighbourhood. If you're a light sleeper, you won't be able to sleep and the music is being played throughout the night on every single night including weekdays.

Great location, great view from the window. Extremely good and client-oriented staff. Overall good place to stay, but with ifs.

The room is in dire need of renovation. The faucet is leaking, the shower stall is leaking, the sofa is long overdue for the trash, it's scary to sit on it. You can’t open door with the key, as the lock is broken, card access only. So, if you traveling not alone you can’t split the keys. The room itself is quite damp. Also it is not easy to find the location first time, so to add more signs is good idea.
