Excellent location near the ferry terminal and in the heart of the city. Great view and very comfortable accommodation that was fully equipped. While it is quite a hike up to the room, the staff will come down and carry your suitcase for you.

- great view of harbour - decorated tastefully, spacious, light and airy apartment - good location for old town, lots of bars and restaurants nearby - comfortable bed, smart TV, washing machine - was allowed to check in early as room was ready and was given help by host with suitcases up many stairs

Two minor things: - cooking facilities poor, tabletop hob does not get hot enough to cook properly, no microwave or toaster - self closing toilet seat causes the toilet lid to sit against your back when sat on toilet.. not very hygienic!

Amazing property which is well designed and beautifully decorated with incredible views over the Marina! Very close to the Fish Market as well. We also went to dinner at their “group” restaurant Cariliki et Restaurant which was phenomenal and good value!

The (approx.) 157 stairs to climb to get there is a hassle especially if traveling with a lot of luggage, plus then the stairs in the building so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or “heavy luggage” travellers. However you will be hugely rewarded with the views! No parking whicb can be problematic during the day.

The hotel is located in the historical center of the Fethiya. It's so close to promenade and next to many restaurants. Special thanks to Ulas who was always on call, met us and helped us with our accommodation.

From reading other reviews I can see that this is a 'marmite' place to stay - and which side you fall on depends on how willing you are to take the challenging steep stairs up to the apartment and whether you mind a bit of background club music. The apartment was lovely. Spectacular views over Fethiye Harbour, comfortable and roomy modern apartment, rather glamorous. I adored the roll top bath (separate from the big shower) that looked out over the harbour view side. The staff were lovely and helpful with all things, carrying our luggage up at the start of the stay and down again at the end. They fixed a light that wasn't working in the hall outside. We were there for a week and they did a full clean and linen change halfway through. The apartment is only a few minutes from all of the amenities of central Fethiye - shops, Migros, harbour side eating places, the ferry terminal to Rhodes, the old Hamam, the Paspatur markets, the Kordon. And the dentists - which was the reason for our trip this time!

The main problem as everyone notes is access, and this isn't the fault of Red Doors. To get to the apartment you have to climb up 137 steps which run in a slightly haphazard way up the hillside of the Old Town. They are uneven and (in April) often wet and slippery with algae and moss. Handrails are intermittent. My partner has mobility and balance issues and walks with a stick. Therefore getting up and down for us was a rather slow process. In summer it would be drier and hotter. Had I realised the access issue I would probably not have booked it but I am actually really glad we did because I'm a sucker for a gorgeous view.
