Beautiful home. Ric was very hospitable & pleasant. Comfy bed. Nicely decorated rooms. Easy access to the bus into Oxford. Also close to the countryside

Everything was great

Breakfast was good and satisfying.

Not enough sugar/cream for multiple cups of tea. Tea cups too small...need real sized mugs.

Nice house, great garden. Lovely room, comfy beds.

There was a TV in the room, but you couldn't plug it into anything. There were a couple of cups for coffee (one chipped) but no coffee. When I asked the guy for coffee, he got quite uptight with me, as if I shouldn't have asked. Weird.

Great location for easy access into Oxford. Beautiful countryside near to river Thames, giving you good cycle routes and walks to local parks, meadows, pubs, train station, and city centre. Very welcoming, organised, clean, tidy and accommodating hosts....would recommend to all, looking for the perfect balance of town and country.

The room and bathroom were lovely and clean

We weren't sure about the communal areas...a little information in the room as where and what we could use would of helped.

Rick was a kind, helpful host, the room was clean with tea/coffee facilities, with fresh air overlooking a stunning garden ,bed was very comfy, excellent clean, shared bathroom with a great shower, great Wifi and it was handy to have access to a kitchen and washer and parking space on the property.

The only negative was slight train noise and distance from Oxford, but the hospitable stay, gorgeous wood with walking trails, super pub and 35 bus into Oxford ( only 20 minutes and no parking hassles) compensated for this.

Breakfast was simple but perfect, location was magical and their garden was beautiful!

Nothing really

Easier to find than I thought. Everywhere lovely and clean and tidy with a flare for design. Hosts personable and helpful. Instructions for pub and city center clear. He couldn't have done more. I ve left a couple of things which he is posting up.The fan was also perfect to keep room cool. Felt very at home.

It was close to the train but surprisly didn't bother me and I am a light sleeper.

Great location, easy to get into Oxford via public transport or walking/cycling along the river. Came to do some cycling in the Cotswolds which was amazing. Off road secure parking available which was great as I could store my bike in the car. Room quiet, pleasant and clean. Shared bathroom next door which was immaculate. Lovely welcoming hosts.
