Prescott Pines Inn

Having to wait for 20 minutes late at night for someone to fetch a power strip for my. CPAP machine. No one in office after 5 pm! No phone in room. Coffee not replenished for second night stay. No body wash or hair conditioner. Very small double/queen bed.

We loved our stay! The property is so very clean and well maintained. The decor outside areas were made so comfortable to sit and lounge around-so atmospheric. It was nice being able to order a glass of wine at the firepit. MacKenzie, at Vino, was so pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom linens were good and super clean. The property was quiet. We will be back!

Very cute place and nice people! clean, small, liked the fridge, microwave, coffe & maker However I did think it was a little pricey for what it was.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay! The cottage was clean and cozy. It is located very conveniently near the center of town and having the Vino bar/restaurant on the same grounds was the icing on the cake!

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The hotel was very responsive to any questions I had. Check-in and out were seamless. We will stay again and also recommend this place to everyone.

The staff was so helpful, especially in dealing with the unusual booking issue. The room was spotless and the bed quite comfy. We love the ambiance and the wine - we'll be back!

this is more of a booking.com concern. When I booked our room, I asked for 2 nights. When I arrived, i was informed that booking.com had reserved different rooms for each night of our stay so we would have to change rooms, on the standard check out/check in schedule. This was not going to work since we were going to be on a planned day long hike so we had to abandon our plans to deal with the inconvenience of check out/check in. I want to stress that Prescott Pines had NOTHING to do with this unusual booking and worked very hard to accommodate us on a busy Memorial Day weekend. Apparently, the way Booking.com works; if you ask for 2 nights and there aren't rooms available, they will simply book 2 different rooms on a single reservation. Which I should have noticed if I had carefully read my booking confirmation, but I honestly saw a reservation confirmation and assumed we were in 1 room for the duration. So, if you want to ensure your booking isn't spread out - I strongly urge that you contact Prescott Pines directly when making a reservation to make sure you have the holiday you want!

Peaceful, clean, comfy bed. Coffee avail for morning. And kitchenette perfect for a meal in.

Charming cottage, great wine and food. Lovely patio area and fire pits.

Understaffed. Very thin walls, can hear Everything (literally).
