Prescott Pines Inn

Love the cozy cabin setting and the wine with live music and good food.

Location is good, no any staff after 5 pm ( but there was good communication with them) and responding fast , no restaurant for breakfast, no chair for seat in front of desk, only there was a heavy leather one seat sofa, air conditioner in the room has loud noise, toilet paper in the holder was almost empty and they didn’t put a new not used one.

A nice place to stay close to everything you would want to do here.

I was under the impression that this was a B&B! I don't recall where I read that it was so I ended up renting a subpar room. No breakfast served whatsoever! You had to go in to town to get that. They only served wine/appetizers after 4pm. We were put in room #4 (the Sage Brush) which was really small. I've been in other B&B's where their rooms were a tight fit but this room was too small to even put 2 suitcases in, along with your other stuff. Our room was in the back part of the cabin but you can still hear the highway noise. The window blinds were ill-fitting (please fix this!!) We had to use the wine menu as a shade! The bathtub/shower had a slow drain. The bathroom had some cracked tiles that seriously need replacing. Check-in was at 3. I walked in the lobby/restaurant at 2:55. I could hear people talking in the back so I hit the desk bell. A woman with thick/dark eyebrows came out. She had no personal/customer skills and seemed a little annoyed that I hit the bell. She told me that check-in wasn't til 3 and the person that'll check us in will be out in a minute. The 2nd person was nicer. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this inn. You'll get a better experience and better customer service staying at a Hampton Inn or a Best Western and at a lower rate!

The location and the property was great. It was like staying at a quaint cabin in the woods but with everything you need nearby.

It's a lovely, historic property. The newly added wine bar is really very nice. Also serves food to go with the wine experience.

Our cottage was small but we'll appointed. I would say with a little touch paint it would be even better. 😄

We enjoyed our stay very much. Parking was very difficult because there was a wine event going on.

Grounds were well kept and clean, very cute and easy location to find. Parking was easy and we checked in afterhours and was an easy process
