Everithing: facilities, parking, cleanliness close to the city center, on foot or by tram. Zagreb is a wonderful city, full of life. But, abouve all, it was a joy to meet our host Mr. Rajka, who, with a warm smile, gave us the necessary informations for a perfect stay. We will comeback.

Location is great, we didn't have to move our car at all. It is near tram station which takes you directly to the center. The host was especially accomodating and very nice. He gave us information where to go and what to do. Apartmant was perfect size with all amenities included.

Very clean, great location and free parking ☺️ Mr.Rajko is a great host! So, if we plan to go again to Zagreb, Mary’s app will be the choise! Zagreb is magical in december, so everything was perfect!

"Overcharged me and aren't giving me my money back!!"

The apartment was great, but the company that runs it is horrible! They charged me way more than was said on Booking and a month later, they still haven't given me my money back. They misused my credit card details which makes me feel very violated. The actual owner of the apartment was nice but not helpful with this problem. If you want to book this apartment I DO NOT recommend booking through the Booking platform and giving them your bank account details. Also, their "customer service" is obviously AI and is giving me generic responses to all of my complaints. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!

"Nice place near the downtown"

Property is located in the central location. Good public transport connectivity and descent level of dine in options around. Host was very sweet and respond quick for any queries we had.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the toilet on one of the day which was difficult to tolerate as we had young kids and we being non-smokers.
