Mary's apartment - with free parking

Great apartment, very clean, furnished and comfortable, everything was fine. The host is very kind. Parking space is very good.

Apartment was very cozy and had everything what is needed...kitchen fully equipt with dishwasher as well, in bathroom washing-machine was available so even longer trips are with no problem. Apartment was very clean, we had also access to Netflix,youtube,hbo so for young people I really recommend to go there. Owner of the apartment is very polite and welcoming, communicated with us whole day before our arrival so he was waiting us. Location is 5 minutes from city center by tram, so we had a parking space for our car just outside the window in the inner parking place that was private behind the ram...Thank you for such pleasabt stay.

The stay was unfortunately not pleasant all due to the extremely unkind host. Very old fashioned individual maybe even sexist I dont know what his problem is. There is no self check in option so the "host" i.e. old man was constantly texting me several times and asking when I am arriving and leaving because he has to "check if everything was alright with the apartment" lol. Before checking in I told the guy I am coming in 1 hour and ended up coming in 50 min (since I obviously wasnt sure when I will be able to get to the place and should be able to check in when I want ) but to my huge disappointment and shock this guy made me wait 10 minutes even though he came from the apartment upstairs. so he was just waiting in the apartment while I was waiting outside on the street with my luggage for him to just take the elevator and open the door. when confronted about it he said "not true that you waited". at this point I understood this man was very stubborn not to say rude and didnt want to discuss further. Obviously never asked if I need any help with my luggage. He proceeded to "show" me the apartment with his shoes on so any kind of cleaning done was thereby ruined. The bathroom had a bad smell. On check out day he asked if everything was ok, if there were any issues I mentioned the bad smell to which he just flushed the toiled once and said nothing was wrong and " dont be unfair miss". I am absolutely astonished with this guys awful behavior which was totally uncalled for. I am sorry I picked his apartment and decided to give him my money because he obviously hates people coming. Absolutely awful. I am still in disbelief. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Has everything you need, right in the centre of Zagreb! Parking available, very secure apartment with all the things you might need to cook, wash your clothes etc. Excellent value for money.

We made urgent booking on the same day and all communication was fast and good. Very functional apartment, 20 minutes walking distance from main square, parking, .....
