The hotel was in a perfect location, with easy access to buses, trams, and the train station directly opposite the building. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I loved the beautiful ambience and minimalistic design. The swimming pool was lovely, and the hotel had a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The only downside was that guests have to book the swimming pool in advance, so you cannot use it whenever you want. While I understand this is to manage the number of people using the facilities at one time, it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance when we first arrived, although it reopened later during our stay.

Séjour très décevant. Plusieurs informations importantes n’étaient pas conformes à ce qui était annoncé. La piscine est limitée à 1 heure par jour, mais cela n’est pas indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel. Le parking était affiché à 25 € sur le site, mais facturé 28 € sur place, et nous avons payé le tarif complet pour seulement quelques heures de stationnement. La chambre présentait également plusieurs problèmes : poignée de porte cassée, climatisation hors service pendant toute une journée et une nuit, demande de rappel à la réception jamais honorée, ainsi que divers autres dysfonctionnements techniques. Enfin, nous avons été facturés 15 € pour un départ à 13h au lieu de 12h, alors que la réception nous avait indiqué au préalable que cela ne poserait aucun problème. Au vu de l’ensemble de ces désagréments, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Très déçus par ce séjour.

Non-functioning airco, mentioned this three times to reception employees but no action was taken or refund was given. To have an average room temperature of 27-28 degrees celsius is unthinkable for 4 star hotel that positions itself as higher segment and advertises in-room airconditioning. Furthermore, no complimentary water was available in my room and overal hygiene in hotel was lacking (dirty elevators, food and dishwasher scents in public spaces). Most of all, no effort was taken to compensate or refund for a quite horrible stay with zero night rest.
