The location was great, easy to access the city centre, hotel was clean and well decorated, the rooms was lovely and spacious, however, they are not cleaned daily unless you ask the day before, no bathrobes/slippers in the room, you need to collect from reception. Otherwise a great choice for families although the pool is small and need to be booked in hourly slots in advance.

Housekeeping - cleaning should be a standard inclusion and the use of the steam room/sauna should not be an extra charge of 30 euro.

"Un buen hotel que no cumplió las mínimas normas de limpieza"

El hotel está bien, su situación es magnífica. El problema vino por la falta de limpieza

Estuvimos tres noches. La primera muy bien, la habitación cumplía las expectativas. Las otras dos muy mal. No limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los dos días. Nos quejamos y faltó capacidad de respuesta. Cierto que un día nos mandaron el servicio de limpieza a las 20h y nos dieron un vale para tomar un vino en el bar mientras la hacían. Pero nada más

"Very nice hotel but look out for additional costs"

Beautiful room with amazing view. Very nice pool and rooftop bar.

Sauna was at an additional price and I don’t think that was clearly enough stated in the accommodation description. Even as a guest you were only able to have a drink at a rooftop bar after midnight.
