The room was as pictured we liked the arty touches. The main room was spacious and there was plenty of storage. The complimentary water was appreciated. Plenty of lifts and no wait time for the lifts. Located close to a train station and metro. Main tourist attractions were a 15 minute walk.

The lighting tech whilst initially impressive didn’t work properly and it turned out there was a programming fault. This was not able to be fixed immediately so we had to operate some lights including the bathroom light manually by flicking a switch on the fuse box. We assumed this would be solved the next day but wasn’t. Reception quickly responded by changing our room. Overall the lighting was over complicated to control. The bed was a tad hard-we would have preferred a topper or softer bed. The chairs were uncomfortable and there was no desk to work from. The Hotel area was a little grungy and while it did not bother us too much it could make singles feel unsafe.

Do not expect a regular hotel design. This is something else. Somebody could be overwhelmed by the mirrors and dark theme, but I think spending time in an environment that is not typical is very refreshing.

Had a bit of an issue setting the A/C to the right temperature, so at the window, it won't be too warm and in the centre of the room, it won't be too warm, and the fan in the bathroom ran non-stop, but these are small things.
