Everting was perfect we love it
The room was nice enough but the bathroom was tired and felt dirty. The staff said to run the water for a long time for hot water to come, though even that provided no hot water. There was no water pressure either. The hotel offers free airport transfers so I coordinated my flights with the staff in advance. Still there was no driver waiting for me in arrival. I had to call the hotel and wait 45 minutes or so for the driver to show up. I coordinated tours with the staff in advance though when I arrived, the people I coordinated with weren’t there and the guy claimed he had no records of my emails. Suggestion is to book your own tours via a tour company, not the hotel. The food at Azul and beach restaurants was very mediocre though pricey like what you’d expect in a big US city. This trip was 100% a waste due primarily to the hotel’s lack of service.
Crisp clean rooms. Gorgeous pool. Quiet. Both restaurants have wonderful food and service. Not really near anything else which is good and bad. A quick drive to the crazy you sort infrastructure but nestled in the jungle.
DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no hot water and the wifi does not work. Managemt are lackadaisical and do not really care. I believe this property is for sale, so its barely on life support.
It was a great place to stay they pick you up from the airport and drop you off , it’s very clean and modern room
very awsome ocean view from the terrace, nice architecture building with surroundings, staff very attendance and kind, 2 different areas for meal, breakfast in front of the beach lunch & dinner near the main complex. very clean room and has ocean view too. is located one the best place of Roatan between westend and westbay.
My sister in law and I enjoyed our stay at the Blue Roatan Resort! Check in was fast and easy. Customer service was amazing and food was delicious! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality.
