My favourite place to stay in Liverpool. Not all rooms are equal as they are different sizes with different themes so pick which one you think you will enjoy most. I prefer the cosy cabin and futuristic themed rooms. Some rooms are incredible and very different to the norm. A hidden gem.

Pretty well located in regards to city access. Easy to gain access Via flexipass. Appliances looked relatively new.

Apartment was tired in places and there was stains on the rug. Not as much fault of the apartment there was someone outside taking drugs in an alcove opposite the entrance. There seemed to be a bit of this in the surrounding area. Flooring in kitchen area was somewhat uneven. We both thought it might be the underlay or something but it's not even. It's almost at an angle.

Second visit to these apartments, this time I stayed in the Old Red, a studio, which was plenty big enough for 2 people, and super-comfortable and clean. I'd choose this studio again as there's plenty of space and all facilities. Any questions or requests were answered immediately and customer service was excellent.

I had to ask for more towels as there was only 1 set there but it was no problem at all.
