Plumsteadville Inn

We stayed in a room on the "Old side" of the Inn. The way to the room was up 2 or 3 stairways and through a hallway and down another hallway to the room. Aside from being part of the original Inn, which was cool, it lacked the charm I would expect from a restored Historical site. Food was great and Sunday Brunch also great. We were told that our brunch would be 1/2 price ($12.50) but in the end only $10 was credited on the whole bill. We also did not have a table as we were not informed to reserve even though we stayed there. Was overall a good time. 3 stars.

Wonderful stay! Very unique and accommodating rooms!

It was a maze getting to our room. Stairs narrow. Not very clean looking. Room door wouldn't stay closed when leaving room unless you slammed it hard. Toilet made noise all night. Noises from pipes.

It’s tough to review this place because we thought the staff, the restaurant and wait staff & food were really good, but we had a few issues with the accommodations. There should have been a secondary lock on the inside of the room, not just a push button doorknob lock. We know it’s a nice place, but it was somewhat uncomfortable for us, especially in a high traffic hallway. The thermostat was not working properly (even though the manager came up to try and adjust it) we were chilly both nights we stayed there. Thankfully the blankets kept us warm. The shower water pressure was horrible and kept switching from hot & cold mid-showers. Our check-in & check-out were easy and it was nice that the manager brought us to our room. Also was easy booking reservations for dinner & brunch. Both meals we had at the Inn were great.

Really like the location for our needs.

We booked last minute the day we planned on staying. Price was great when everyone else was expensive. They even called when it was getting late to make sure we would t get locked out by showing up too late. Our room was on the top floor. It was a small room but was comfortable with a chair, a small fridge and a a coffee maker. The bathroom was a good size and updated. Staff was so friendly from checking in, going to the restaurant and asking questions. Perfect for our girls night.

We ejoyed our stay quant and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast vouchers for the Groveland Grill were a real plus.

Friendly staff, great food in the restaurant and nice housekeeping staff, This was the second time we stayed in the past two months. Planning on our next get away soon.

We stayed there for one night over the weekend. The place was VERY clean, staff was VERY nice and restaurant was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!
