Hotel And staff are amazing and very helpful. They do have a restaurant within the hotel that’s open till 6 PM which serves good burgers. Hotel room was very clean. Only issue is that it is 20 minutes before Playa Del Carmen which i was not aware of, but other than that it is very quiet.

You have to park and walk 400 meters away from the hotel. You can not park anywhere around the hotel. There were no carts to use either. Besides that the hotel was quiet. They give you a real key to unlock the door. Would I stay there again. No.

Muy buena habitación, hotel, amenidades, ubicación tranquila y limpia, todos empleados excelentes y muy muy amables, la cómida del restaurante demasiado deliciosa hecha al momento, todo muy bien , sin duda volveremos
