Hotel was great! Nico at the wake boarding facility was great help. Just do not count on the restaurant, they are not reliable. The hotel rooms are good to stay at and the wake boarding is amazing. Our only problem was that the restaurant was supposed to open by 9 am, but it never did. Also, they did not have the chef so the food choices were very limited by staff.

It was a nice and clean place, but the restaurant wasn’t open one of the nights we were there and there a no other options unless you have a car.

Increíble hotel excelente servicio y atención al cliente, vista espectacular desde el cuarto, gimnasio y todas las áreas en perfectas condiciones y me regalaron 1hr de wakeboard increíble de verdad lo recomiendo. El mejor hotel para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en Cancún

Me encanto el lugar y la atención fue excelente así como el servicio! Lo recomiendo ampliamente, al quedarme en el hotel me regalaron 1 hora de clases de wakeboard y fue increíble
