location was close to ferry

constant construction sounds - would not allow friends to visit- overpriced- management treated you like a inconvenience..very dirty from construction

Got transferred to another room due to a water leak. First three nights were fine- as soon as we switched we woke up with bites in our face and legs. After pulling the bedsheets back, the bed had evidence of bed bug feces! Hotel is trying to say it’s sand flees but we didn’t have these very obvious bites in our face at bedtime.

It was a last minute decision to book the trip and was glad there was a place to stay. both of us have health issues, so we did not walk very much, we rented a golf cart.

besides no elevator or pool, (which is in the works), we like being able to sit outside and enjoy the view. there really wasn't a place to do that.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Super convenient to the ferry That said, the room smelled terribly of chlorine and kept the smell for the full three days. There was major construction going on and no warming was given ahead of time, resulting in the elevator being out and the main entry being a construction zone. It should be noted that the "ocean view" rooms look out over a heavily lit basketball court and the main ferry dock.

No hot water! Horrible! No bath matt. Coffee mugs but no coffee make! Bring visitors over monthly. Never here again.This is a hard no go!

Disappointed right away at the pool not up and working but this hotel is great! It’s clean, comfy beds and staff are friendly. I would go back for sure. Once the pool is up it will be amazing. Price is good, location is great. We had a tsunami warning and the front desk stayed very calm and walked us through it.
