Perfect location in San Pedro. New and comfortable, it was as advertised online.

Phase 5 construction caused noise and some dust

Love the location, the balcony, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness.

Would love to see hammocks available to guests. Either on the balcony or somewhere on the property.

The facilities were safe and well appointed and the view spectacular.

I like that the view was amazing, not a real beach though. You can’t walk in sand to get in water.

I didn’t like that there is NO housekeeping available unless you pay $109 USD which you have paid for in booking rate. ALSO, we needed more towels we were charged $35 USD just to bring new towels. We had laundry done and were only charged $20 USD. How does bringing new clean towels cost more than full laundry. Sounds like someone is making up prices. Also, when it’s check out time everyone is at your door at 10:59 barging in telling you to get out. On top of that counting towels. They said we were ONE towel short and told us we had to pay $25 USD for one towel. Now calculate all of those encounters and let me know if someone is just pulling prices for things out of the sky. The staff is super friendly upon arrival but once checked in, they are rude. Not house keepers but the actual manager/ office workers j

We got the apartment at the most oceanfront. The ocean view is smashing. The apartment is very spacious. It is very convenient with walking distance to the town, many restaurants, and also to the airport. The only downside was one day after a long day of snorkeling, we came back to the apartment and found only trickle water from the water faucets. However the problem was fixed within an hour after I texted the management via whatsapp.

There was only trickle of water, cold or hot one day from the faucets in the evening when we wanted to take showers. Though it was fixed within an hour.

Love the peaceful retreat

Property was beautiful well maintained great space for our family Christmas close to excursions and restaurants and supermarkets staff was very accommodating pool and beach were peaceful and beautiful

Construction entrance slight inconvenience

We loved the resort, easy to get to from the ferry. The staff were VERY helpful in making taxi reservations and reservations on a boat to go the the reef. Hot tub was hot and clean, pool was perfect.
