Pictures and descriptions if anything were understated. Lots of open space to relax, good size pool and great views. Staff was very attentive when needed but otherwise let us be. Highly recommend

Just nit picking but bedroom tvs are closer to ceiling than floor so awkward viewing. A stereo system would be nice.

Nice apartment if they change a lot of things to be a bit comfortable for a nice holidays. And really nice Hillary ( Very friendly at reception and during the stay she was always very attentive) and also the claening service staff.

The security guard has no respect for the guest's life and goes where he is not called . On the other hand, as a rule of the aparthotel, they do not allow anyone to enter the apartment (I´m not talking about sleeping or be in the pool, which is logical), but rather they do not allow you to invite anyone to lunch or dinner or have a coffe . Simply enter to the apartment without disturbing anyone, It is prohibited... Which if you go to an apartment you are grateful if you have it as long as you don't bother anyone. By the other hand all the time from 7 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon with construction personnel and without being able to use the pool and the community area and either the terrace of the apartments because of the noise and dust. I appreciate that they gave me a discount and changed my apartment since I couldn't even open curtains that had operators in the window and the dust from the construction. But everything and so they should announce that it is under construction and from Monday to Sunday all day. Because if we had known, we would not have reserved something like this for the few days of vacation and rest that there are per year. They must let you know and insert the comment visible in Booking.com that is under construccion another building right there. Really if I known all this before I reserved another property. When you´re there you do not have the margin of availability of other hotels to find a quality alternative that you are looking for.

The suite was very nice. Great location. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Nothing I didn’t like really one day the pool was being serviced and couldn’t be used but it wasn’t such a big deal.
