Oda temizliği için saat 16:00 da geldiler, zaten akşam saati idi anlamsız. Yastıklar çok sert ve yüksek, yatak çok sert ve yorganda yaz mevsimine göre çok kalındı. Lavabo temizliği çok hijyen değildi. Odaya lavabo kokusu gidiyordu. Radisson hotel Sakarya da sürekli kalıyorum aynı konfor ve düzen yok hayal kırıklığı yaşadım.

"Kapanmayan cam, sürgülü banyo kapısı"

Otelin konumu ,otopark sorunu olmaması gayet iyiydi. Bayram sebebiyle Eskişehir'i gezmek için gitmiştik.Hemen yan tarafında market ve restoranlar olması da güzel. Oda genel olarak ve yataklar da gayet iyiydi.kapımızın elektronik kartı ile ilgili sorun yaşadık her gün, oda kapısı veya asansör çalıştırmayan elektronik kart sorununa kalıcı çözüm bulunamadı nedense..Oda kapısı açılmayınca bu sorun için tekrar resepsiyona inmek ,gün boyu şehri gezip yorulan çocuğumun oda kapısında beklemek durumunda kalması bizim için zorlayıcı idi. Diğer bir sorun ise sürgülü banyo kapısının kapanmaması,sürekli geriye ve tamamen açılması idi. Hijyen ve mahremiyet açısından sorun oldu. Kapısı sonuna kadar açık bir tuvalet/banyo kullanmak çocuklu bir aile olarak ekstra sorun oldu açıkçası.İlk gün resepsiyondaki kadın görevliye bu durumu dile getirdik. Tamiri yapılmasını rica ettik. Tüm gün (8-9 saat)odada yoktuk akşam odamıza döndüğümüzde yapılmadığını gördük maalesef. Ve hiç bir açıklama yapılmadı tarafımıza.4 günlük tatil süresince en rahatsız edici durum kapısı sonuna kadar açılan ,sürgüsü bozuk bir banyo tuvalet kullanmak durumunda bırakılmak oldu açıkçası. Otelden ayrılırken tekrar bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdik bari bizden sonraki müşteriler bu sorunu yaşamasın tamiri yapılsın lütfen dedik hatta. Klozet kapağı kayıyor,vidası çıkmış,hemen üzerindeki havlu askılık vidası çıkmış durumda idi ayrıca.

"İdare eder işte"

ailecek kaldık. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ama biz kahvaltı yaparken saat doldu diye ışıklarl söndürdüler çabuk kalkalım diye. Büyük bir saygısızlık. Otoparkı küçük, yer bulamazsanız başka biryere parkettiriyorlar. odalar iyi ve temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü.

"Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklama yapılabilir bir tesis"

Oda imkan ve temizlik açısından gayet iyi konaklama için kesinlikte tavsiye edilecek bir tesis. Personelin hizmeti iyi ve güler yüzlü iletişim. Sigara içenler için imkanlar kısıtlı maalesef :) banyo sıcak su konforu biraz daha geliştirilirse mükemmel olacak. Su sıcaklığı ayarı kendiliğinden değişebiliyor. Genel olarak gayet iyi ve temiz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
