"tertemiz bir otel"

2. kez gidişimiz otelden genel olarak çok memnunuz ancak kaldığımız gece konaklayan Ümraniyespor oyuncularının gürültülerinden çok rahatsız olduk, sabah 9 da kapıları çarpmaları yüksek sesle koridorda konuşmaları müzik açmaları nedeniyle çocuklarımızla erken saatte dinlenemeden uyandık

Merhaba 10-12 nisan tarihlerinde ailem ile birlikte 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk(9 yaş-3 yaş) deluxe odada kaldık. Oldukça memnun kaldık. Sadece bazı şeylerin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Dolapların ayarı camın açıldıktan sonra kapatılması için yoğun çaba harcamak gerekti. Fakat biraz işçilikle hepsi mükemmel hale gelebilir. Tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz. Kesinlikle öneririm. Saygılarımla

Odalar yeni ve temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Banyo odaya oranla daha küçük ancak yeterliydi. Küçük bir mutfak olmasına rağmen herhangi bir mutfak eşyası yoktu. Odada Nespresso makinesi olması inanılmazdı. Açık büfe kahvaltı güzeldi.

"Disappointing"

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.

"Great, roomy hotel for anyone visiting Eskisehir!"

Our family of 4 stayed in their 2-bedroom suite and we had a lot of space to unpack and move around. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants and coffee shops, so that was covered. It is a 10-15mins drive to the major tourist destinations in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place when you are in Eskisehir.
