Great Staff and service.

Todo bien, lo unico malo es que se hizo el pago de la estancia a traves de expedia y al llegar a la propiedad, nos volvieron a hacer otro cargo, asi que el costo total por tres noches fue casi el doble.

Was very pleased with this booking the location was close to city center and quiet at night. The room price was the most affordable part of my trip in San Miguel. The free breakfast was a great, the servers were so nice and attentive and relaxing to sit on the rooftop enjoying a cappuccino. The hotel was modern without trying too hard and would stay again when I come back.

Everything about it was excellent!

This place exceeded our expectations. The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. We were welcomed with a signature cocktail drink from their bar. The location was also very convenient, only a short 5 to 10-minute walk to the cathedral.

En general bien! Muy buen precio para lo que recibes. Solo tengo dos comentarios: 1-Muy mala presión del agua. 2- un día llegamos a las 3:00 am y la puerta estaba cerrada, la persona que cuida se quedó dormida y tuvimos que tocar por 30 minutos hasta que nos abrieron. Esa parte hizo que mi experiencia no fuera tan buena

Buenísimo. Excelente ubicación, habitación muy bien decoradas y cómoda , buen servicio y calidez.

El hotel es perfecto para una escapada con tu pareja. Nos encantó que el la decoración, las amenidades, los detalles que tienen en l habitación, la iluminación, el mobiliario, todo está súper cuidado y muy agradable. El personal se portó súper bien con nosotros, muy atentos, resolutivos, y amables! La ubicación es perfecta porque tooooodo está a 5-10min caminando, de verdad muy recomendable :))

Hotel was very well located to central sights and restaurants. The room was extremely well designed, clean and had wonderful air conditioning. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive - Karla and Liliana both ensured we had everything we needed.
