I did not avail the breakfast since we are vegetarians so was unsure of the options but the breakfast area looked lively. Room size was small but layout was good and very comfortable

A facilities desk with english /hindi knowledge person to guide on veg eat outs and things to do would have been very helpful.shuttle to kyoto station would have been helpful

Our stay in Kyoto was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded all our expectations: the rooms were spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. A very special thank you goes to MOE💞 From our arrival and check-in to our departure, Moe took such great care of us with genuine kindness and professionalism. She even accompanied us outside when we left, giving us a farewell that we will always remember. It was such a heartfelt and memorable goodbye that perfectly reflected the outstanding hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious (as compared to when we were in Tokyo)…you could actually put your luggage out/open and not trip on things…so, there’s that! Everything was clean and immaculate. Always friendly staff that greeted you. It’s only 1 metro ride from the main Kyoto station, so that made it really easy for traveling, but reality was, we were 20m walk from most things, so great centralized location.
