dinner and breakfast food at the restaurant was exceptional. Staff at bar were superb. accommodation and facilities were great. could not fault the hotel. great location also. friendly staff. would recommend to everybody.

Very comfortable rooms and quite large for Japan. Absolutely loved the tatami mats on the bedroom floor. The onsen was very much like a spa and a lovely experience.

Staff was very helpful and the onsens were 10/10. Snack room also a nice bonus

The location is nice, but it’s not walkable from the main Kyoto station.

"The perfect Kyoto stay."

The onsen on property was wonderful and so nice after long days sightseeing and walking so much. There was also laundry facilities, which was a bonus after a long trip. The bed was comfy and the room a good size for a 5 day stay. Super clean and the breakfast was wonderful, definitely worth the add on. Location was convenient to everything.
