Definitely the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Everything went perfectly. Our luggage was already waiting for us in our room when we were arrived, staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, the room was immaculate and so comfortable, and the onsen was a really lovely space to unwind in. We wish we could have stayed longer; we will definitely be back.

Struttura molto bella, camera confortevole e ampia. Posizione eccezionale sia per i mezzi che per girare a piedi a Kyoto.

Camera un pò rumorosa essendo affacciata su strada e pulizia della stanza ma da migliorare. Per due giorni i letti non sono stati rifatti e la zona salotto non è stata pulita. Pulizia del bagno invece impeccabile.
