Great service. Great coffee and bar downstairs. Clean and well located.

The double room for 4 people was quite small. It worked but it was a bit tight!

Food was delicious. Room was really comfortable. Great hotel overall.

No tea or coffee in room. Have to ask for sachets or buy one. Just weird not to have that as it’s so standard, just made it an annoying way to start the day when you’re jet lagged and just want a coffee to help wake up.

There is no better hotel experience in Toronto. I’ve come often since the hotel opened in 2022. Still feels brand new. The housekeeping, service , staff and architectural significance makes it one of Toronto’s most prolific important buildings.
