Water in sink in bathroom did not work. TV did not work. We were in the cathedral room and the room was beautiful

Muy cómoda la habitación, todo en perfectas condiciones

Es un excelente lugar para quedarse en el centro histórico, el personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el baño estaba enfrente de la cama y eran paredes de cristal, la puerta no cerraba bien y hacían falta percheros para colgar toallas, ropa, etc. El aire acondicionado desprendía un olor raro como a humedad. No tuve la oportunidad de probar la comida del restaurante pero se veía bien cuando pasaba por ahí.

A very beautifully restored historic building with high end ultra sleek and sexy finishes. All of the staff went out of their way to welcome us, answer all questions and assist us in any way possible. Breakfast in the atrium/inner courtyard was delightful and delicious and the waiters used the translator apps on their phones if any language challenges arose. The manager was always available for anything and everything! We had a magnificent room with a balcony, high ceilings and a sumptuous tub which was made clean and fresh every day by our pleasant, hard working maid. Taxis were arranged for us at anytime and were very inexpensive. As the owner of an Irish American Tour company, I highly recommend visiting this UNESCO World Heritage city and staying at this boutique hotel in the middle of the Historical Centro.

Es un hotel tranquilo y con personal amable, lástima que el restaurante coloque mesas en la entrada de las habitaciones de la planta baja, haciendo incómodo el acceso a las habitaciones.

Las habitaciones son bastante tranquilas y sin ruidos, son excelentes para descansar y camas muy cómodas. El personal es amable y en general es una muy buena opción para descansar y relajarte después de un día.
