Hotel Boutique Casona de Santa Clara

Location is very good. Near city centre and various tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants, and traditional sweets shops. Food was very good. Staff was very helpful to give us suggestions and as well helpful when we needed a taxi for the coach station otherwise we would have to wait 30 mins for an uber. A special shout-out to Guillermo as he helped us with the taxis.

Facilities were good, except our room didn't have the key to the safe, but we asked the staff and they brought in another safe.

This was beyond my expectations especially for the price. They had everything you needed readily available. The bed was super comfortable, amenities were on point. Staff was excellent, super helpful and very sweet. Will definitely save this one for future stays.

The tub is a bit slippery getting out, but that’s why they provide the mat, to prevent any injuries.

Beautiful place with excellent location and amazing service. Very friendly and professional staff. Located only a few blocks from Centro Histórico and surrounded by historical buildings and delicious restaurants

Parkeren moet je ergens anders tegen betaling en het is niet duidelijk wat het kost. Beneden kamer vrij gehorig aangezien die grenst aan de ontbijtzaal.

Looks great but not safe. Missing cámaras and door bell after 9 pm you will be knocking at the door for someone to open for you.

I had a very scary experience with an extortion call in the middle of the night. I called the police to our help and we ended up in another hotel. I believe hotel staff had something to do with it because no one else had our personal phone number, we are foreigners.
