The Residences at CityWay

Would recommend to anyone.

Good location by Gainbridge and Lucas Oil, easy walking distance around downtown Indy, many restaurants. Clean & tidy for the most part. Couple minor items, drippy sink in one of the two bathrooms, bathroom sink & tub drains could be cleaned as they drain slow (standing in water after shower), carpet cleaning in heavy traffic areas to bathrooms could be done. Very good communication from host.

Very easy to check in and out. Directions that were sent were easy to follow. Property was very nice clean. Perfect for a family of four traveling together. We would stay here again.

Was oksy

A cute two bedroom apartment, with a spacious living room. The room was in a safe neighborhood and super clean. Parking was easy and included.

The property is WEIRD! NO ONE ON STAFF! The check in procedure is NUTS to say the very least. Come on, hire someone to work the desk!

My only issues was I did have trouble finding building. Would suggest to maybe shows photos or which exact door to go into. Other than that, was great place to stay

Grrat communication. Had washer amd dryer. Told them of a situation and they help me out huge. A litt confusing on how to get to the apt but ran i to a cleaning lady amd she showed us where to go.

We stayed in a 2BR 2 Bath apartment, and it was perfect for our family. The full kitchen and washer/ dryer made travel much less stressful. We needed a later check out at the last minute and the management company was easy to work with a very responsive. I have no complaints. We’d definitely stay here again!
