Отличный номер, а особенно джакузи с видом на город.

Далеко от центра, но это минус только если вам не нравится взбираться вверх по дороге после прогулки по центру. В остально все супер.

Были недочёты, но после обращения, всё было исправлено.

O único ponto positivo é a vista

Primeiramente o local não é de fácil acesso e bastante difícil de manobrar o carro para estacionar. Fica bastante longe do centro da cidade, não aconselho ir a pé pois são ruas bastante íngremes. Em termos de limpeza o apartamento não estava muito bem limpo e o pior é que só tem room service de 7 em 7 dias. Essa informação não esta disponível no momento da reserva, se soubesse teríamos escolhido outro hotel.

Very small room. No black out curtains. You can hear the least noise coming from corridor. Shower water sometimes hot sometimes cold. Not easy to find proper parking place for the car.

The hotel has many things going for it: an excellent location, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The team was always willing to assist, and the property is situated in a very convenient area, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, the biggest issue is the lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping standards. While the hotel appears attractive at first glance, a closer look reveals numerous problems that should not be present at this level. There was visible mold in the shower, significant dust and dirt behind the sofas and other furniture, and some fixtures, such as curtain rods, were broken. These are not isolated cosmetic issues but signs that routine maintenance and deep cleaning are being neglected. I hope management takes these comments seriously because the hotel has great potential. With better upkeep, attention to cleanliness, and timely repairs, it could easily provide an outstanding guest experience. At the moment, the location and staff deserve high praise, but the property’s condition falls well below the standard that the hotel otherwise seems capable of delivering.

The views, the pool and the room itself

The stuff could not be more rude and inattentive. They also forgot to give us bedsheets, and offered to give them when we were leaving. They also say they have parking, it is more like hunting for a parking.
