Hotel The Omaira

When I arrived at the hotel, I met Mr. Dipak Sharma, the owner. His service-oriented attitude and pleasant demeanor set him apart. For instance, on my first day, he offered me complimentary tickets to the finals of the Jaipur Polo team. He took the trouble to drive me and my two friends to the venue, ensuring we had good seats and water to drink, all without expecting anything in return. The next day, I mentioned to Dipak that I needed to find a Rajasthani-style doll for my granddaughter whose birthday was in a few days before leaving India. Immediately, he offered to take me in his private car to the desired store, all with a genuine goodwill and without any expectation of repayment. Furthermore, he and the staff took care of all my needs throughout my stay. The suite I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with fluffy towels like snow. The breakfast served in the room was delicious and abundant, with Dipak inquiring in advance about my breakfast preferences. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and located about a 30-minute drive from the city center. The staff was polite and helpful, available at all hours of the day and night. In summary, excellent service and hospitality in a quiet and clean hotel. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Jaipur

The support staff didn't speak English well, which created some communication problems when Mr. Dipak wasn't around. However, they made up for it with a lot of goodwill and kindness

The omaira hotel was excellent, very friendly and polite staff helped us a lot. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. We were just 10 mins from main railway station and in quite area. This is probably one of the best hotels I hav stayed in. We enjoyed, relaxed and rested well. We will come again to this beautiful hotel.

Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and quiet location! Very clean also and very comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room with separate bathroom. Clean will be cleaned on demand. Clean bed sheets and towels also on demand. And if you need dry cleaning will be done. Lovely terrace also. Beautiful garden at the front to relax. The manager Deepak s absolutely lovely and will help with everything you need. I absolutely loved my stay here!
