There is no lift but the staff helped us with the luggage every time we needed. The staff was polite and even provided insightful guidance over local sightseeing. So no gross issues at all!

Clean. Away from any noise and chaos in Jaipur the noise pollution can get really bad so trust me you want to be a bit away, Ubers are dirt cheap and you can chill on your phone. Owner has been a traveller / lived throughout a few cities in Europe and is versed in what it takes to run a good hotel. He is very passionate and will set you up with anything you need, he wants absolutely guarantee you’ll love Jaipur, even tho it’s a bit of a drive to get into town it’s worth it cause at night you can just go on the terrace and chill, the place is surrounded by plants as well to add to the vibe. Never hesitate to ask for anything that you want to be done, from a clean laundry service to any tour recommendations. Overall solid pick and thank you again for the great night w me and Jake.
