Lutsen Sea Villas

The location is fantastic right on the edge of Lake Superior and the one bed villa was a good size for two adults.

The villa felt a little ‘tired’ in need of some maintenance - the kitchen wasn’t ship shape in terms of condition of cupboard doors and the oven could have been cleaner. We were in villa K2 and whilst the bath was “clean” the stains on the bath were really off putting and were not reflected in the photos on line. There was also dirt where the shampoo etc had previously been housed on the wall above the bath but is now in freestanding bottles.

The most magical place on the north shore! Im convinced nothing up north can top my experience at the Sea Villas. Fantastic views, secluded, trails on the property, pool area, fire pits, and private deck and BBQ.

Minimal seating in the living room. My one bedroom + loft slept up to 6, but it was just myself and one other person. I can’t imagine having anymore than 2-3 max in that unit during the daytime.

Very good location, great facility.

The water in our villa was very unsanitary, it smelled like sewage. We were offeref to get moved to another one that also had the same issue.

The villa was great and we'll stay there again!

The maintenance man was at our door doing stuff loudly each morning, earlier than I think he should have been. I think he liked bothering us.

The room was really nice clean and right on the water plus the pool and the hot tub was huge super nice stay
