Modern hotel with very helpful staff. Location is perfect - everything was on our doorstep. Breakfast was lovely. You could even juice your own apples and carrots.

We contacted the property on arrival to ask about parking, but nobody warned us about the congestion charge. Parking was €28 per night, and we were then asked for an extra €10 simply to keep the parking aligned with checkout time. In total, parking and access cost around €50. Had we been properly informed, we could have parked outside the congestion charge zone for much less.

The property smells strongly of damp and humidity. The setup is also strange: as soon as you enter at ground level, near the building gate, there is a desk where staff manage bookings and payments, making the entrance feel more like an improvised office than a proper guest area. The room and bathroom also had the same damp, humid smell. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and uncomfortable.
