The best thing by far was the location. The street was quiet but the hotel was in the center of Parma and within walking distance of just about everything. The breakfast was okay, usual continental style. The coffee bar was almost always open for a beer or cup of coffee. The WiFi was good.

Our first receptionest was very nice, but the other receptionists were not so friendly. The shower leaked. They put a drain outside of the shower but there was still water all over the floor. Our biggest problem was the air conditioning, or the lack thereof. I had it on the lowest temperature and highest fan, but we were sweltering. I asked the women receptionists to help. They said according to what they could see the a/c was working. No one ever came up to my room to check. After our room was cleaned, the maid had put the a/c on heat!! We had to open the window to get some air. There were not enough plugs to recharge our electronics. I had to use the one in the bathroom for my watch.
