The location

No self parking

the two windows and the view from the high level floor was nice. the tv was nice. my name greeting on the tv was nice.

there was trash from other people in the trash can when i entered the space, and there was only one trash can for the room. there was no storage drawers for clothes/belongings. there were 3 exposed nails inside the shower. location was advertised as having “on-site parking” which was NOT true: there was only 2hr metered street parking that required me to pay every 2hrs, or valet parking for $55…neither were an expense i expected to pay.

The pull out bed was nasty and no bed sheets

The staff that I encountered were top notch.

The elevators and parking situation.

Front desk person friendly

Road Construction

It was within walking distance to the Dome.

We did not have any towels in our room and had to go ask for them. Also we stayed 3 nights and not 1 visit from housekeeping.
